Five organisations join CaSE

16 Dec 2025

Campaign for Science and Engineering (CaSE) is pleased to announce three new and two returning member organisations.

CaSE’s three new members are Keele University, Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, and The Pirbright Institute. These are joined by returning members, the Epilepsy Society and Johnson Matthey.

At a challenging time for many UK R&D organisations, it is important that we continue to work together to lend a clear, expert voice to decisions about research and development. These new and returning members strengthen the position from which CaSE can work to developing non-partisan, responsive solutions that help research and innovation to thrive in ways that improve people’s lives and livelihoods.

“I am very proud that these five organisations see the importance of CaSE’s work, and I am delighted to welcome them to our membership. As a charity, CaSE is dependent on the support of our members. We have a broad membership spanning the R&D sector, and this is further increased today with the addition of these fantastic organisations. We are excited to work with them all to pursue our shared ambition for UK R&D.”

“We are delighted to be working with CaSE, whose mission to champion UK investment in R&D aligns with our shared commitment to innovative bioscience. The organisation’s collaborations within UK R&D, access to policymakers and global connections help to accelerate UK research.”
